Should I accept this offer?
Just got an offer for an experienced analyst position at a middle market IB. I'd be making a big career move from Big 4 accounting advisory and I think the work would be much more interesting (not to mention I'd almost double my total comp), but Jesus Christ some of the posts on this forum are fucking depressing.Is IB even worth it for all the stress and heartache?
The key is to go in only if you have a set plan and know IB is going to help you reach your goals. Think long-term
