Should I apply to an internship intended for Year 3 students as a Year 1 student?
There is a job listing for an internship at a boutique IB. They say expected graduation date of 2023 but mine is 2025. Should I still apply? I will probably not get selected but will it hurt me it I apply?
Edit: What I think is that I can still apply but should need something that will make me pass the candidates older than me. Which I lack. It would be a waste of time. But will it hurt anything?
If it's reputable IB, you probably won't be considered. I had applied to one place my sophomore year and was selected for an interview only to have them cancel 5 min before our scheduled time because they realized I wasn't a junior.
