Should I apply to summer 2024 SA roles now or should I wait?
I'm a sophomore at a non target (top 50 uni) without an internship right now but I've been talking to a lot of boutiques and am likely to secure some sort of role for this coming summer.I know 2024 SA applications have opened recently, at least at a lot of BBs, but im hesitant to apply as my resume as of right now is pretty lackluster as I don't have anything impressive.Would my best course of action be to apply right now and get my name in the pot as early as possible or to wait till the end of summer/early fall near close?
