Should I join the military?

Graduated from a t-50 Boston school (think BU, Bentley, BC) in May 2024 and still don't have a job. I haven't even made it out of the first round in spite of doing 10+ interviews so far. The cold emailing, networking calls I feel are going nowhere and I have tried everything from using career services and going to alumni events. My parents have suggested that I join the military if I cannot find a job by February. My mind isn't full in it but what other choice do I have? Can anyone give me their 2 cents.

I don't need to tell you it's been a bad market. Do you have a good resume of experience to make yourself competitive candidate? What type of roles are you looking at?

Blindly going into the military is an extremely poor decision. Recruiters will tell you they are looking out for you, putting you in the best spot they have, giving you a nice sign on bonus, etc. It will not be what is best for you nor will you be happy. This goes beyond doing your own research. Masters/MBA would be a better thing to blindly walk into.
