Should I quit my job to pursue finance?

I'm currently one year post-grad and just began working as a data analyst at a martech company. I applied to non-MBA masters programs and am now deciding between Duke MS Business Analytics 2 years part time (while working), or I can go to Baruch/Fordham MS Finance and finish in one year full time (quit my job for school).

My goal is to break into front office/MBB/T2. Am I setting myself too far behind with the Duke program? (3 years post grad for entry level roles once I finish) Would it make more sense to go to Baruch/Fordham full time for a year and then recruit, or is that dumb to pass on Duke?
