Should I start networking now for FT?
I secured a SA position for summer 22 and I will try to get a FT offer, but if things don’t pan out I could be screwed. Should I start networking for FT now just in case?

No, wait until the 3rd week of your internship at least. You need to give the impression that you gave your SA firm a shot but want something different for FT. Everything FT happens in late August, there's no rolling interviews to be had.
Also, are you recruiting FT "just in case"? IB offer rates are typically very high, in many groups you'd have to really mess up to not get an offer. Unless your group has an unusually low offer rate, your efforts are way better spent just doing your best for your internship.
