Skipping senior assoc and becoming manager?

Hi,

I am at a boutique as an Associate and am mulling over the following:

1. Senior associate at another boutique.

2. Manager at a multinational bank.

I am not overly confident with the duties attached with #2 but have landed the job in any case.

Do you think the support will be there to proceed with #2? Or should I play the safe card and be patient by taking the first option?
