Sending snail mail instead of email to apply for SA position at a boutique firm. Any thoughts? I bet recruiters are sick of seeing emails consistently.

Only thing is your application may just be tossed in junk mail and never looked at. I think you should use both to apply, both online and by mail.
I applied via snail mail to Lazard and Moelis. I got emails back from HR saying thanks for my application. So obviously at least someone looked at it.
