For reference, I am a current junior at a low target school for IB studying Computer Science. I have a ton of experience in software engineering with a FAANG internship this summer.
- How do I approach recruiting full-time IB as a non-finance major with no previous IB experience? I know this reduces my chance by a lot, especially not having previous IB experience, what what are the next steps I can take into maximizing my chances for IB?
- When is the right time to start recruiting IB Full-Time? I know the cycles start early so I just want to make sure I don't miss out
