Sophomore IBD Recruiting vs. Junior Year
Hi all I was wondering if there's differences between junior year IBD recruiting and sophomore year IBD recruiting (especially for UBS, DB, Citi, CS)?
I have a disability (not sure if that counts as diversity). Is networking still as crucial as it is for junior summer, and are the interviews as technical?
