Sophomore Summer Internship?
Hi all,
I'm a sophomore at a target school (ivy), and I was wondering what I should be looking to land for the upcoming summer. I'm a non-diversity (asian) male, so I'm guessing I won't be having much luck at the BBs this year. I completed an IB internship at a boutique last summer, but did mostly grunt work and didn't gain much transactional experience. I'm really hoping to land a BB or EB offer junior summer, so what should I do this summer to put me in a good position?
