Sophomore Super Day
Looking for any insights anyone can provide. Had Sophomore Investment Banking Super Day at BofA. Did really well on the technical interview (was really easy), and think the behavior interview went really well too. After was told I was a strong fit. Understand that sophomore IB programs are limited and also am non-diversity (think the bank focusing on diversity is a good thing). Heard stories of people getting offer day of and also 3 weeks after so not sure what to expect. I assume that I haven’t heard no yet means I am somewhat on their waitlist. Any insights are welcome
