s&t first round, late in the process?

landed first round for sa s&t (think blair, Baird). anyone know where these companies are in the process? i thought it was definitely late as most companies have extended their offers but i got an email last week saying that they wanted to schedule a first round phone interview. any help would be greatly appreciated.

It seems late because it is. Did you go through OCR? If you did they could just be trying to fill a quota to keep relationships good.

Or someone they intially granted an offer to may have reneged and a new spot opened up. Either way prepare like you normally would.
