Starting an internship - advice/tips needed

Hi people,

I am starting an internship in valuation. My technicals are good but not that ideal + I dont have modelling skills + I also need to keep high GPA in my studies + extracurriculars (NGOs and student clubs).

I would like to ask your advice on time management, attitude during the internship, do's and don't's and in general, how to be a good intern, how to balance life.

Thank you a lot!
Appreciate any insight
