So I recently graduated from uni with work experience mainly in management consulting (MBB) and startups. However, I am interested in transitioning and trying out a career in IB. The similarities between working in consulting and IB are clear to me but I'm struggling to figure out how I should sell my startup experience to recruiters. Does anyone have any experience/ideas.
