State of Lateral Hiring Market?
Things are obviously looking bad right now. Have heard of lots of headcount reductions and very few roles out there.
Wondering if anyone has any opinions on lateral hiring in the next 6-12 months? Is moving into a tier 1 city basically impossible now?
Was hoping to eventually make a lateral move as AN2 but seems like that won't be happening any time soon.
Any thoughts or things you have heard about recruitment at your respective firms would be great to hear.
