Stepping stone career or grad school

Hello all,

I am a senior next semester from a non target. I have mostly irrelevant experience and haven’t been able to get a summer analyst position.

Are there stepping stone positions I can realistically secure to break into IB or should I just go to grad school(not MBA)?

Thanks
