Still a fresh grad?
By the time I recruit for FT positions in IB and PE, I will have spent 4 months as an intern in investment banking and almost 7 months as an intern in private equity as I took some time off during college.
Isn't it slightly unfair that I'll be starting off as a 1st year analyst with 0 years of relevant experience?
