Struggling with Recruiting- Need Advice
Hi Monkeys, hope yalls recruiting season is going well. I'm currently going through SA 2022 recruiting and although Ive been able to land superdays, I haven't converted them to an offer. People keep telling me to be personable, and each of my superdays feel like they went well, but I don't end up getting the call. For those of you who have faced superday rejection and then made adjustments to convert an offer, what did you do? What nuances in your performance did u shift to fix the problem? How have you differentiated yourself?
Did the SA recruiting rodeo and converted. Have you covered all the bases? Eg networking, possibly previous finance experience, extracurriculars, etc. Recruiting is a numbers game at the end of the day.
