Studying in England yay or nay; Chances of finding an IB job in London/HK

Hey all,

I am wondering what my chances will be to find an IB job in London or HK after graduation. I think its important to know as, if my chances are too low to find a job, I won't bother pursuing an expensive English Masters.

My resume will look like this; I plan on pursuing a Masters in an economics subject at LSE, or a Masters in an area studies subject at Oxford (both already accepted). My undergrad is in Business from a non-target school, altho I did perform really well in it and have many extracurriculars.

Regarding work experience, I have a small consulting internship on my cv, an internship at the Corporate Finance department at a Big 4 and an investment banking internship at a big Dutch corporate bank. I will also likely have a Structured Finance internship as well from one of The Netherlands' biggest banks.

With this education and work experience in mind, would I be able to find a job in London/HK?

I thank you for your time guys, cheers!
