Hello, my gpa was terrible... 3.2 by sophomore year. But after serving the army I got some great life lesson and started working hard and achieved 3.85 junior gpa. And I would like share this life story with the interviewers and tell them that I am now a different person. How can I increase the chance of getting interviews/jobs?
p.s. I go to a target school.
