I am a junior and have applied to many summer analyst positions in investment banking. I know that these positions are difficult to get, but I want an internship this summer for some financial experience. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for companies or positions outside of investment banking to apply to. Please, I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.

Apply to positions in wealth management.
If you don't get anything and don't have any previous experience, you could probably apply to a brokerage firm. You would probably be cold calling, but it could sure help your resume.
