Summer 2023 Graduation: When Do I Recruit
If I'm graduating in August 2023, would I recruit for summer analyst roles in 2023 (SA 23)? SA 2022 roles seem to require graduation by June 2023, so I wanted to confirm that my understanding is correct. Thank you for your advice in advance :)
This makes no sense... How would you do a SUMMER analyst internship if you are taking classes and graduate during the summer?
On another note, yes you would be recruiting for SA 2023 roles but I imagine you will get instantly dinged for having to take summer classes during the internship. I would either choose to graduate in December 2023 or May 2023, and recruit accordingly.
