Summer 2027 Internship Recruiting advice

Hey everyone, I'm a sophomore at a non-target targeting internships in Asset Management and Commercial Real Estate. I've applied to around 100 internships, mostly in January when they opened up (Still applying almost everyday to new roles at smaller firms), and have had zero interview offers excluding ~4 hirevues which I thought I did pretty well on. I've got a CRE internship under my belt and I'm also a Finance and Accounting double major which I thought was gonna help with standing out as a non-target student but I guess not. I will admit I have not reached out to too many people for coffee chats but there are also very few alumni from my school that do what I want to do. I am wondering, is having no interviews at all normal? Is there anything you guys would recommend I do to stand out? Thanks.
