Summer Classes...Advices..about everything...

I'm currently a undergraduate majoring in Finance (U2) but doing a concentration in Marketing as well (just for fun...)
GPA: 3.48

I've applied everywhere to get an IB internship this summer but got no answers.

I'm now studying abroad in Europe (Switzerland)and since the semester ends by the end of June, I'm pretty fucked with internship.

That's why I'm thinking about taking summer classes.

University is in Madrid (Universidad Complutense de Madrid) (Basically, to improve my spanish...)
The course is 100-hour about Capital Markets & Analysis...

3 questions:
-Would it be interesting for IB firms or useless since it's in Spain and from a non-target university?

-Since I got no answers for an internship this summer (U2), am I totally fucked about getting a job in IB, or is it possible to get a internship in U3 if you dont have that much on-field experience?

-Is it that dumb to study Finance & Marketing (not really related..) cuz I've done a couple of marketing classes...I could switch to an accounting concentration but I'd be done in 2 years from now instead of 1.

Thanks

Don't feel upset that you don't have an internship as a U2 student. It's hard for sophomores to get internships since companies look for juniors and hire them to be their future employees. I don't know much about universities in Spain. I would just say do something meaningful in the summer...keep up w/ your gpa and apply for IB internships next year...
