Summer Intern COC???
Current intern at BB (BAML/Citi/WF). I’m pretty active in a clan with some friends from home. We run 2-3 wars per week and always compete in CWL
I’m worried that the people in my office will ask me to join their clan since I am almost a max TH13. I really want to fit in with the group to get the return but idk if I can betray my clanmates like that.
Has anyone else been in this situation? Should I start networking other places?

Your coworkers will understand and respect your decision, especially since your a 13.
Have found MM firms (think SocGen, Santander, BNP) generally promote stronger work-COC balance and may let you stay in your original clan, but may ask to be invited instead
Do you know anything about EB work-COC balance? Specifically EVR/MOE/SVB
I’m at a BB and the work-Coc balance is nonexistent, something needs to change or I’m def rerecruiting for a smaller firm. I may even quit the industry altogether. What’s an income if you can’t play with you COC

Definitely reneg. I would recommend working at a boutique in order to have optimal work-COC balance.
Sometimes to get your return offer, you just have to put your head down and eat some CoC for the good of the firm. It's not fun but we've all been there.
TH13 sounds like a weak performance. Pump up ur metrics and start investing into your future. At this time you should be working towards the end of 15.
