I recently landed an internship in Houston for the summer and I wanted to see if someone could give me some advice on where to live. The company has given me 5k to find somewhere and so I think I have some options. I appreciate any help given.

Go with the Heights. Lots of fun restaurants, running trails, gyms, nightlife. A lot of folks live downtown/midtown, but I found it mentally refreshing to get 5 minutes outside of the city at night. Traffic is light and the vibe is great!
