Summer Internship Offer Decision?

I have an offer at corporate finance middle market bank, Top 4 Econ Consulting Firm (Securities Division), Probable offers at regional hedge fund w/ between $5-$10 bn assets, Fixed Income Analyst at asset manager w/ $1 tn assets. Which is best? Eventually I hope to do I-Banking/M&A, and then go back for a JD/MBA.

If you want to do full time IB the two latter options are probably best as they are both FO positions, and the jump to IB would be more natural. Econ consulting firms are great for B school, but like 4 years down the road. Not sure if you want to wait that long to do IB. Don't really think corporate finance internships would help that much but it's still solid experience.

If it makes any difference the first one isnt middle office for the company. Its corporate client investment banking. division is called corporate finance, but its a broad coverage group for a bunch of different sectors--TMT, healthcare, energy, utilities, etc.
