Superday - Lunch/Break?

First superday tomorrow from 1-5.

Do they provide lunch or a break to get some because by the time 4 rolls around I'll be starving. Or should I just eat a large meal before heading in to the office?

Thanks

Have a large-ish meal around brunch. Some superdays serve club sandwiches or pizza or something for the first 30 minutes while they tell you about the company, but it varies from bank to bank.

Ask the HR rep organizing the event for a schedule of the day. You could even go so far as to outright ask whether or not you should eat lunch before and it wouldn't be considered weird.

Don't over-think these things homie. Good luck on the superday.

Probably not. Most super days they'll feed you, so they might take you out to dinner afterwords.

I had mine from 1-4 PM, but we were expected to eat before the interviews.

You should eat beforehand, but I would recommend a lighter meal (over a heavier one).
