Swedish worker wants job in NYC

I currently work as a Investment advisor and Business assistance in a Swedish bank in Sweden. My dream is to work in NYC with stocks. My problem is that I dont know how to get there and also find a internship or anything to start with. I have the licences that you must have to trade and give advice in insurances and stocks in the Swedish market. I'm willing to work for free just to get some knowledge or contacts to begin with. Is there any advice or something that could help me?
