Taking the resume to the streets

Hi all,

Would anyone happen to have experience walking into investment banks to seek employment opportunities? Or been approached in that context / know any success stories?

I'm assuming most have security.. and I'd never just wait outside or in the lobby like a maniac..

However I would like to present myself as I am, and try my luck - Trying to figure out what situations I should be anticipating.

Thanks

If this is not a troll post... don't do it, man, this is just a worse version of cold emailing with a significantly lower success rate. I doubt anyone would have the time to talk to someone on the street looking for a job, especially during their working hours. Try cold emailing as an alternative, at least some people might offer you a few calls here and there.

Alright - understood.

I feel my personality is best explained face to face but your comment regarding not having the time makes total sense.

Thank you
