Target School with Consulting & Corp. Fin Internships - But I want to break into IB Sales.

So this is my first post on WSO and I am not sure exactly how to begin so I will start with the basics. I am a rising Senior at a newly discovered target school and I plan to graduate in December. Last summer I interned as a consultant at a Big 4 firm and was given a full time to start in Jan 15. This summer I am interning at a Fortune 100 Financial Services firm doing corporate finance. However, my true passion is the capital markets and I am hoping to land a postition with either a bank or and AM firm post graduation. I am willing to accept a winter/summer internship at either place as well as a full time.

I know many of the BBs don't do winter/spring internships but do they have full time opportunities?
What is the best method of breaking into Investment banking sales?
I don't need to be in NYC, so if anyone could advise on how I should go about obtaining and internship or full time at a firm in the Winter/Spring months?

Thank you so much for your help
