TaS to IB?
Hi everyone, I’m currently a college student (graduate Dec. 2024) and received a FT offer from a B4 in financial due diligence. Unfortunately just figured out recently that I want to break into banking rather than do this. Not sure that i can land or even prepare for SA 2024 interviews in time (3.7 GPA, decent work experience, non-target).
Can it still be done? Anywhere that does off-cycle recruiting I could look into? Or should I stick it out in B4 for a year then try to make a move?
