TAS/FDD Job Search Questions

Hey Everyone,

I am currently an intern at a smaller accounting firm in Minnesota doing TAS. I am looking to start applying to other firms for full-time opportunities here soon, but TAS is very tricky to navigate for opportunities. It seems like a complete toss from firm to firm that requires audit experience/professional experience. What firms require an audit background? Which don't? Which firms are realistic to apply to as someone with a couple of accounting internships and a TAS internship under their belt? Any help would mean a lot.

Thank you,
