I'm just ranting haha but I just superday with barcap asia in NYC. Before they said that they will reimburse taxi and meal expenses after the interview. Even shortly after the interview, they said that they will be sending the forms to reimburse. Now fast forward a week later, they said that they will not be reimbursing incidentals including taxi due to their "policy". Was I expected to walk to from the airport to the city?? This is the first bank that do not reimburse in my experience! Unbelievable but forget barcap!
Nope not even luggage fee!!! (had to check in bag bc i had to use a propeller plane and cabin too small for bags) ... Everything outside of what they already paid (flight+hotel) is considered incidental. so you're basically expected to walk from the airport. Meals I understand but taxi??? Like are u supposed to walk from the airport? Anyone else had this type of experience?
