Tech or Finance?

Hey everyone, I’m finishing high school this year and going to study to Europe (non-target), I’m not from a rich country, so my parents can’t afford to pay for target school. I’m planning to study comp sci or data science for undergrad to have a safe route and then do masters in finance, hopefully in target or semi-target (prob in Europe, cause US is too expensive), is it a good career plan or should I do finance for undergrad in a non-target and then try my best to get a job? (Im not sure which role specifically)
