Hey guys, just curious when prepping for this question is it ok to discuss a deal that was a year ago vs a finding a random M&A deal on the internet from at most few months ago?
Context: I am trying to lateral to an IB position and I personally was a part of that deal which consummated, so I am not sure if speaking to that is worse than speaking on a deal that happened in the past few months.
