This Summer's McKinsey Women's Leadership Summit
Hello there,
I was accepted into the McKinsey's Women's Leadership Summit program. I was wondering how hopeful this should be interpreted as in terms of getting a job in the future, how competitive it is, and how useful it actually was. I can't find much information online. Anyone know anything about it?
No, but i did the Men's program a few yrs ago and found it to be an invaluable experience. Some of the men I bonded with are now close friends and I've even worked on deals with some.

What do you mean hopeful? This summit is for highly motivated and talented women to connect and develop their leadership abilities so even if the content is useless (which I doubt it is) you'll still meet a lot of interesting people.
