Thoughts on InternPi

Hey, so I saw InternPi on linkedin and they basicly take a payment of 3400 dollars if they get you a internship with one of their partners. What are your thoughts on this? Btw it is also unpaid.

I mean, say you have applied to 100 other places, and ended up getting none of them, would you take the offer?

To be fair, I was skeptical at first. Throughout the industry of finance, especially Investment Banking, job placement services provide a liaison between these companies and their partners. Interested in Private Equity, I took up the opportunity given by InternPi as a Private Equity Analyst Intern at one of their partner firms. With many of these companies prioritizing intellectual dependable candidates with proper work ethic, InternPi is very meticulous in what they look for candidates. I am glad I was given a chance to further improve and develop my skills in the field of Private Equity given the service. With the internship placement fee, they are much cheaper than other placement services especially with their connections to reputable firms. My main reason for taking up the opportunity was mainly because of the particular position provided whereas with the pandemic, such opportunities are hard to find.

Hey, I didnt do it but I found another cheaper one that I am considering doing because it is paid to and I will end up in 0. Better than nothing.
