thoughts on search fund/ETA for sophomore summer?

Landed nothing besides this part-time unpaid search fund ETA work and i wanna make sure i learn much as possible.

I am still recruiting for SA27 IB (been networking ass off and have a few banks lined up to interview in the fall if i just don’t fuck up) and i was wondering if it’s a bad look.to do this sophomore summer rather than freshman summer coming into these interviews?

I think it's useful depending on the work you do. If you will be just cold calling/emailing all the time then I would try to avoid that but if youre getting exposure to CIM, some modeling, due diligence, etc. then I'd say it'll be worth it!
