But honestly, have you considered going down the Legal path if you want to do Shareholder Activism Defense??? I am curious myself what the bankers even help with in these situations, I would think most of the solutions (poison pill, etc.) are on the legal side. Maybe the bankers just run the numbers on what cap structure looks like and what collateral financial damage is if certain defenses are implemented?
