Thoughts on starting a career at MS - M&A Shareholder Activism Team
Hey everyone, rising senior - still recruiting and wanted to know if anyone had info on this team. I have an interest in going to an activist fund down the line and wanted to know how this would be looked during buy-side recruiting. Thanks.

But honestly, have you considered going down the Legal path if you want to do Shareholder Activism Defense??? I am curious myself what the bankers even help with in these situations, I would think most of the solutions (poison pill, etc.) are on the legal side. Maybe the bankers just run the numbers on what cap structure looks like and what collateral financial damage is if certain defenses are implemented?
