I've been seeing and reading some about the great resignation coming, as in, around 2030 a lot of older people in the workplace will retire leaving many seats to be filled. I wanted to get everyone's temperature on this, how or if they are preparing and what they are doing.
I know I have friends who are starting financial advisory practices or accounting firms as these are the jobs that are lacking or will be lacking within the next decade. I think it could be something to look at, its a somewhat under-employed market as most people in finance or accounting shoot for banking or consulting. Again, would appreciate everyone's thoughts.
