Timeline for Networking for Off-Cycle PE
If looking at LMM/MM Firms but focusing on off cycle, how early is too early to begin networking? As most LMM/MM ($1bn) firms don't go on cycle, would it be useless/annoying to start networking during training if interviews and such wouldn't be until next spring?
