Tips for making the most of my internship? Intern in PWM at BB

I am a rising sophomore and I guess aim to be doing an IB or quant internship or something else that piques my interest in finance next summer. I’m really enjoying my internship but I don’t think wealth management is the way for me as I’m not the best people person and enjoy the research, analytical side much more than client service side.

Looking for advice/tips on how to make the most out of my internship. Things to do in terms of going the extra mile and showing my work ethic or intellect or something? I could probably automate some of the day-to-day functions but I don’t think I have access to the APIs and IDEs that the full time employees may have access to.

Thanks in advance for any replies!!
