Tips for recruiting

Incoming GS IBD analyst. Do y’all have any tips for recruiting? Should we be networking during training and early months on the desk? Should we be reaching out to headhunters or waiting for them to reach out to us? Also, when does recruiting officially start?

Are there opportunities to leave after 9-12 months?

Would appreciate any advice.
