Are you a junior looking to get an IB role that would convert after graduation? Most places with structured recruiting will be finished, but some positions may still be open. You'd have to network hard though.
If you're a sophomore or below, then no, there are many, many places that are still recruiting for lower level finance internships. Many WM and SF internships will be recruiting into April/May. Many SFs will even go into the summer for immediate start.
Hi, I'm in the UK so the system is slightly different than for you but I'm in 3rd year of a 4 year Uni course and so after my 4 years I will have graduated from education yes.
Can anyone give me a UK specific answer to my question?

Apply in your 4th year for an internship that starts the summer that you graduate, a lot of banks don't care if you don't do MSc afterwards
