Took Different Offer

Recruiting for SA 2022 as a sophomore and wrote a sophomore internship I am not taking anymore for a lot of my applications. Recently got a better offer for this summer and took it and was wondering if this would be damaging to the places I applied, thanks.

OP, your wording is a little hard to follow. I think you're asking if it's a problem that the resume you sent in for IB SA 2022 recruitment includes a 2021 summer opportunity that you are passing up for a BETTER summer 2021 opportunity. The answer is no, it is not a problem. You'll have to think about how you present it to your interviewers, and you will want to provide an updated resume to each interviewer in advance. You could either tell them exactly what happened, or make up a story about how the first internship fell through and you got a second one or whatever. I wouldn't worry about them thinking you lied etc.
