Transfer to Target School

I am transferring from low semi target(washu, rice, emory level) to a more core target (Dartmouth, brown, northwestern level). Have relevant internships, a strong 3.9+ at prior schools, worried about getting into the right clubs at my next school though. Willing to put 110% effort in technicals and networking with alums at both schools. I want to recruit for Investment banking preferably Bulge and Elite boutiques in the M&A, Consumer and retail, industrials groups.

How hard is it going to be to break in as a transfer and is there anything I can do to put me in the best position this summer or in the fall.
