Treasury to Analyst

Hey everyone. I was an accounting major from a target school and going into my senior year, I did an internship with the Global Treasury Management at one of the larger banks. I fully expected to go Big 4 route and do a fifth year of school to get my hours and MSA, but during late senior year, I had a change of heart. I ended up going back to the same Treasury area and have been there for a little over a year now. I really am starting to feel stuck in this area and want to move into an analyst role whether it be IB or ER preferably, Wealth Management/Valuation, I just want to get that analyst experience. I do lack that financial type experience, which has made it somewhat difficult to get interviews. Are there any recommendations for any routes I can take or what area I could go into without much experience so that I can get that proper training? I really do not want to be in this same role by next winter. Appreciate it everyone.
