Upcoming Interview Help Requested

So I've made it to interviews, here is the job title and description:

Private Wealth Management, Custody Services and Restricted Stock Team, Technical Specialist/Analyst.

• Manage timely settlement of restricted stock sales to determine when client proceeds can be released
• Receive and deposit physical certificates
• Coordinate with DTC to receive and deliver book entry shares
• Build relationships with external counterparties, Transfer Agents, and Issuer's Counsel to meet industry deadlines
• Liaise with Securities Lending trading desk to reduce buy-in risk
• Ensure processes are in compliance with industry rules
• Escalate asset transfer or restricted stock issues and minimize firm exposure to financial and reputational risk.

I'm really trying to figure out exactly what this job is about. I have a lot of experience in retail banks handling vaults and large sums (~$1M) of cash. Do they want me as a Operations guy who will just be processing transfers and doing the grunt legwork? I'd prefer to avoid the Operations environment if possible. Blah entry level Ops will probably pay me ~$40K in my area.

OR, is this working more directly with the high-net worth clients and doing analysis and portfolio operations that happen to involve securities lending, etc. This is kind of what I expect from a job title "Technical Analyst." Technical Analyst will probably pay me ~$60K and be far more rewarding and interesting from a quant perspective.

Do you think I'm going to get Technical questions based on this job description? If so how do I best prepare for them?
